›› New energy-saving IDE-compressorsAnother technical innovation from the Bavarian high-pressure compressor manufacturers - IDE-Newparts Compressors. A tailor-made innovation for these times, when it is more important than ever to develop machinery that delivers more output at a considerably lower energy input. To this day, multistage high-pressure piston compressors of the 300 liter class - of any manufacturer - run at 1,800 to 1,900 rpm and need a power input of 7.5 kW / 10 hp. With the current energy discussions in mind, we, the IDE-NewParts Compressors team thought of ways of how to employ today’s state-of-the-art technology to improve this technology and make it more efficient. Therefore, we refined and optimized our compressor blocks, which, for their aluminum construction, are considered the most advanced compressors anyway.
›› What does that sound like? The new I.D.E. high-pressure compressor blocks of the T121-4.0 series. - 3 compressor stages - Free pistons in the 2nd and 3rd stage
- an absolute novelty for compressors of this type and size - FAD: 310 liters per minute - Compressor speed 1380 rpm - Driving power 4 kW Compared to "traditional" systems, the T121-4.0 blocks deliver 10 l/min more air. And, at the same time, save 46.5% energy. And, depending on the type of block, at 24.5% or 27%, respectively, less speed. The new I.D.E. high-pressure compressor blocks of the T121-5.5 series. - 3 compressor stages - Free pistons in the 2nd and 3rd stage
- (an absolute novelty for compressors of this type and size) - FAD: 340 liters per minute - Compressor speed 1550 rpm - Driving power 5,5 kW Compared to "traditional" compressors 40 l/min = 14.5% more output, while saving 26.5% energy, and, depending on manufacturer, up to 18,5% less speed.
What does that actually mean for you? - considerably lower running costs - considerably less heat from the compressor - considerably less noise from the compressor (approx. 5 to 7 dbA) - considerably longer service life of the compressor - longer intervals between oil changes Of course, we could claim anything - therefore we had these incredible performance data tested and documented by the German TÜV (safety standards authority).
